An award-winning Author, Adjunct, Coach, and Professional Developer, Linda's research/academic University career using movement and mindfulness/theatre and science to optimize people's wellbeing is augmented by her worldwide career in Theatre and Mime. Additionally, experiences with the Broadway Production of Mary Poppins, along with her study and ultimate degrees in Mindfulness and Asian Arts all have been instrumental for her creating a Speaking/ Coaching paradigm with instructional designs while maintaining a high level of artistic value.
