My art work is site-sensitive, site-specific, ephemeral and continuously evolving. It is made in relationship to the environment and all the relationship that exist at that site. It is process and contemplation based. I create temporary site sensitive environments within a current specific site, inside or outdoors, that invites viewers and participants to slow down, observe, and simultaneously turn inward while opening to the details of all that is happening in the space they are a part of. The works are contemplative and meditative, and are visual, tactile, sound, light and sensory focused. They are poetic and continuously changing. They dissolve into emptiness and nothing at their full circle development. they can be made in a miniscule budget and made more developed with a solid staff of assistants and a larger working budget.
