My photographs are meant to convey mood as well as to capture beautiful moments. Most of my works are representational, although I sometimes use artistic techniques to enhance, to give an image an aged appearance, or to create abstract pieces. Background: I was born and raised in Ludlow, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Western New England University. The mother of five children, I home schooled for sixteen years and held various jobs until retiring from the work force. My husband and I now live in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. My photography training has consisted of various courses, workshops, and peer critiques, along with countless hours in the field developing my skills. I enjoy participating in juried art exhibits, and displaying my work in group and solo exhibitions throughout western Massachusetts.
