The Holyoke Creative Arts Center is a non-profit, fee based, regional community learning center whose mission is to offer educational and personal enrichment opportunities for youths, adults, and underrepresented groups. HCAC offers very affordable, high quality arts and crafts instruction to people of all ages in the Pioneer Valley. At the foundation of this mission is the Center's strong sensitivity to serving individuals on fixed incomes in the community.
