Multimedia and Fine Artist specializing in Watercolor, Acrylic & Live Event Painting.  I love being a creative percolator. My current passion is watercolor and the many, many technical aspects of the medium.  Utilizing vivid layers of color, glazing and textures are the basis for my work.  I draw inspiration from subjects that create an emotion or tell a story whether that be in nature or capturing everyday life moments. I take pride in my ability to collaborate with clients to provide them with a work that they will cherish.  In addition to working with interior designers and private clients, I am a Live Event Painter specializing in capturing memorable moments at weddings live. As a wedding artist, I attend the wedding and paint the wedding while it is happening. As an instructor, I love to inspire others who want to learn watercolor and other forms of Art and especially love teaching students who say they "cannot do Art", and have never held a brush in their hand.I have taught many types of students ranging in age from 3 to 75 years old.  I feel that we all have an inner artist and all it takes a little coaxing, inspiration, and confidence to come out. The best feeling for me in the world is to see that aha moment of a student when they create a work of Art for the first time.I am excited about new collaborative opportunities and projects and would love to participate in more community Art initiatives. Our world needs lots of Art as it is the best communicator of all.
