The Mount will dress up for the holidays — while the Whartons did not spend their Christmases in Lenox, their Berkshire house imagines what it might have looked like.
You can walk through for self-guided house tours with festive decorations on Saturdays and Sundays, November 27 through January 2. (The house will be closed for Christmas weekend). Tours last about an hour and a half and leave on the half hour between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. After dark, NightWood will light up the grounds with sound and color, as a separate event.
